This app is so cool! I've always wanted there to be a hub for all NATURAL remedies and preventative options but l've always had to do loads of digging to find the info I wanted for different natural products. HealisticMD has all the info I need in one place. It gave me various natural supplemental options for a condition I looked up, including what each remedy does and how much is usually recommended to take. It also gave me exact products I could buy for the problem I had looked up. It makes my process SO MUCH easier when I need to find non-pharmaceutical solutions to my needs.

There is a wealth of information on the app! I recently had bloodwork done and found I was deficient in a handful of vitamins and minerals (Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Iron, etc.) HealisticMD made it simple for me to find out what foods to eat/ supplements I needed to improve these deficiencies. It gives you so many ideas on prevention, natural health tips, where to buy the vitamins, when to take them, why, etc. I love how easy the app is to use too. I am currently working on getting pregnant. I was pleasantly surprised to find compelling data along with supplement suggestions to aid in the process, some of which my fertility doctor wasn’t even aware of. Highly recommend downloading, after all health is one our greatest gifts!

Water Violet is one of the 38 original Bach Flower Remedies, created by British physician Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s. It is prepared from the delicate pale-purple flowers of Hottonia palustris, a water plant native to Europe. Like all Bach remedies, it is an ultra-dilute preparation — the flower's energetic or vibrational imprint is infused into water and preserved in brandy, rather than delivering a measurable dose of plant compounds.
Bach remedies are not pharmacologically active in the conventional sense — they contain no measurable quantity of the plant. The system is based on the idea that flowers carry a subtle energy that can gently shift emotional patterns when taken regularly. Water Violet is specifically associated with the emotional pattern of proud self-sufficiency, and is said to help soften the inner barriers that keep highly independent people from forming warm, connected relationships.
Bach Flower Remedies are most commonly taken as oral drops — either directly from a stock bottle (2 drops under the tongue, 4 times daily) or diluted into a personal dosage bottle with water. Spray formats and combination creams are also available from specialty brands. Rescue Remedy, the best-known Bach product, is a blend that does not include Water Violet.
Dr. Edward Bach, a medical doctor and homeopath, developed his 38-remedy system between 1930 and 1936 as a gentle, accessible approach to emotional wellbeing. He believed that unresolved emotional states were at the root of physical illness, and designed each remedy to address a specific emotional archetype. Water Violet was matched to the archetype of the self-contained, capable person who struggles to let others in — qualities Bach associated with the water violet plant's habit of growing alone in still water.
