This app is so cool! I've always wanted there to be a hub for all NATURAL remedies and preventative options but l've always had to do loads of digging to find the info I wanted for different natural products. HealisticMD has all the info I need in one place. It gave me various natural supplemental options for a condition I looked up, including what each remedy does and how much is usually recommended to take. It also gave me exact products I could buy for the problem I had looked up. It makes my process SO MUCH easier when I need to find non-pharmaceutical solutions to my needs.

There is a wealth of information on the app! I recently had bloodwork done and found I was deficient in a handful of vitamins and minerals (Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Iron, etc.) HealisticMD made it simple for me to find out what foods to eat/ supplements I needed to improve these deficiencies. It gives you so many ideas on prevention, natural health tips, where to buy the vitamins, when to take them, why, etc. I love how easy the app is to use too. I am currently working on getting pregnant. I was pleasantly surprised to find compelling data along with supplement suggestions to aid in the process, some of which my fertility doctor wasn’t even aware of. Highly recommend downloading, after all health is one our greatest gifts!

Beech is one of the 38 Bach Flower Remedies created by Dr. Edward Bach, a British physician and homeopath, in the 1930s. It is prepared by floating fresh Beech blossoms in pure spring water under sunlight, then preserving the infusion in brandy. The remedy is intended for people who struggle with intolerance, rigid thinking, and a tendency to find fault with the people and situations around them.
Bach Flower Remedies operate on a vibrational or energetic medicine model — the premise is that the energetic imprint of the flower transfers to the water and influences emotional states when taken. From a modern psychological standpoint, the ritual of identifying an emotional pattern, choosing a remedy, and taking it mindfully may support self-awareness and behavioral reflection. There is no measurable pharmacological mechanism at the dilution used.
Beech is most commonly taken as liquid drops — either from the stock bottle (2 drops in water, 4 times daily) or in a personalized blend prepared by a Bach practitioner. It is also available in alcohol-free glycerin-based versions for children or those avoiding alcohol, and appears in some topical combination creams.
Dr. Edward Bach developed his 38-remedy system between 1930 and 1936, believing that emotional imbalance was the root cause of physical illness. He identified Beech as the remedy for the 'over-critical' personality type — someone who sees the world through a lens of fault-finding and struggles to tolerate imperfection in others. His system became one of the most widely used complementary emotional health tools globally and is sold in over 60 countries today.
