This app is so cool! I've always wanted there to be a hub for all NATURAL remedies and preventative options but l've always had to do loads of digging to find the info I wanted for different natural products. HealisticMD has all the info I need in one place. It gave me various natural supplemental options for a condition I looked up, including what each remedy does and how much is usually recommended to take. It also gave me exact products I could buy for the problem I had looked up. It makes my process SO MUCH easier when I need to find non-pharmaceutical solutions to my needs.

There is a wealth of information on the app! I recently had bloodwork done and found I was deficient in a handful of vitamins and minerals (Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Iron, etc.) HealisticMD made it simple for me to find out what foods to eat/ supplements I needed to improve these deficiencies. It gives you so many ideas on prevention, natural health tips, where to buy the vitamins, when to take them, why, etc. I love how easy the app is to use too. I am currently working on getting pregnant. I was pleasantly surprised to find compelling data along with supplement suggestions to aid in the process, some of which my fertility doctor wasn’t even aware of. Highly recommend downloading, after all health is one our greatest gifts!

A jade roller is a smooth, handheld stone tool traditionally used in Chinese beauty rituals to massage the face and neck. Most modern rollers are made from nephrite jade or serpentine (a similar green stone), and feature one or two roller heads on a handle. It has been used in China since at least the 17th century as a tool for promoting healthy, glowing skin.
Rolling gently stimulates superficial blood circulation and encourages movement in the lymphatic vessels just beneath the skin, which can help clear excess fluid and reduce puffiness. The pressure from rolling also relaxes tightened facial muscles, which many people hold tension in without realizing. The natural coolness of jade may mildly constrict surface blood vessels temporarily, contributing to a more toned appearance.
Jade rollers come in single or dual-ended designs — the larger roller covers cheeks, forehead, and neck, while a smaller roller targets under-eye and nose areas. Rose quartz and amethyst rollers work similarly. Look for rollers with real stone (not dyed plastic), a secure handle, and smooth movement — cheap versions wobble and don't glide well.
Jade has been revered in Chinese culture for thousands of years as a symbol of purity, longevity, and vitality. Facial jade rollers were used by Chinese royalty and aristocracy as far back as the Qing Dynasty (17th century), and possibly earlier. The practice aligns with Traditional Chinese Medicine principles of moving qi and promoting healthy energy flow through the body.
