This app is so cool! I've always wanted there to be a hub for all NATURAL remedies and preventative options but l've always had to do loads of digging to find the info I wanted for different natural products. HealisticMD has all the info I need in one place. It gave me various natural supplemental options for a condition I looked up, including what each remedy does and how much is usually recommended to take. It also gave me exact products I could buy for the problem I had looked up. It makes my process SO MUCH easier when I need to find non-pharmaceutical solutions to my needs.

There is a wealth of information on the app! I recently had bloodwork done and found I was deficient in a handful of vitamins and minerals (Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Iron, etc.) HealisticMD made it simple for me to find out what foods to eat/ supplements I needed to improve these deficiencies. It gives you so many ideas on prevention, natural health tips, where to buy the vitamins, when to take them, why, etc. I love how easy the app is to use too. I am currently working on getting pregnant. I was pleasantly surprised to find compelling data along with supplement suggestions to aid in the process, some of which my fertility doctor wasn’t even aware of. Highly recommend downloading, after all health is one our greatest gifts!

An immunity diffuser blend combines several of nature's most studied antimicrobial and respiratory-supportive essential oils into one aromatic formula. Common core oils include eucalyptus, clove, cinnamon bark, lemon, and rosemary — each chosen for their documented ability to reduce airborne microbes and support immune function. When diffused, the volatile compounds fill the air and can be inhaled directly into the respiratory tract, where many of their effects take place.
The active compounds in these oils — particularly eucalyptol, eugenol, cinnamaldehyde, and d-limonene — have well-documented antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. When inhaled, eucalyptol in particular travels into the airways where it helps thin mucus, reduce inflammation, and support the body's natural respiratory defenses. Clove and cinnamon compounds act on surface microbes and may reduce the load of airborne pathogens in the room, while lemon oil provides mood-brightening limonene that also shows antioxidant activity.
Most commonly used in an ultrasonic or nebulizing diffuser, which disperses fine oil particles into room air. Blends can also be used in steam inhalation (a few drops in hot water, inhale with a towel over the head), added to a warm bath, diluted in a carrier oil for chest massage, or spritzed as a room spray. Diffusing 3-5 drops for 30-60 minutes in a well-ventilated room is the standard approach.
Spiced aromatic blends have been burned or diffused for immune protection across virtually every major civilization — Egyptian kyphi incense, Ayurvedic dhoop, Chinese herbal fumigations, and European plague-era 'four thieves' vinegar all share the same intuition: that aromatic compounds from plants protect against illness. Modern aromatherapy formalized these traditions in the early 20th century, and the specific immunity blend format became widely popularized in the 1990s with the commercial success of blended 'protective' essential oil products.
