This app is so cool! I've always wanted there to be a hub for all NATURAL remedies and preventative options but l've always had to do loads of digging to find the info I wanted for different natural products. HealisticMD has all the info I need in one place. It gave me various natural supplemental options for a condition I looked up, including what each remedy does and how much is usually recommended to take. It also gave me exact products I could buy for the problem I had looked up. It makes my process SO MUCH easier when I need to find non-pharmaceutical solutions to my needs.

There is a wealth of information on the app! I recently had bloodwork done and found I was deficient in a handful of vitamins and minerals (Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Iron, etc.) HealisticMD made it simple for me to find out what foods to eat/ supplements I needed to improve these deficiencies. It gives you so many ideas on prevention, natural health tips, where to buy the vitamins, when to take them, why, etc. I love how easy the app is to use too. I am currently working on getting pregnant. I was pleasantly surprised to find compelling data along with supplement suggestions to aid in the process, some of which my fertility doctor wasn’t even aware of. Highly recommend downloading, after all health is one our greatest gifts!

Emergency Essence is a combination of seven Australian Bush Flower Essences formulated by Australian naturopath Ian White to provide rapid emotional first aid in moments of crisis, shock, fear, or sudden distress. It draws on the tradition of flower essence therapy — using the vibrational imprint of flowers preserved in water and brandy — and is often described as the Australian counterpart to Bach Rescue Remedy. The formula is intended to restore a sense of inner calm, courage, and presence when a person feels overwhelmed or destabilized.
Flower essence therapy operates on the principle that flowers carry an energetic or vibrational signature that can gently shift emotional states when taken as a dilute preparation. Each of the seven flowers in Emergency Essence is traditionally associated with a specific emotional quality: Waratah for courage in crisis, Fringed Violet for psychic and energetic protection, Crowea for worry and tension, Sundew for grounding and presence, Dog Rose of the Wild Forces for panic, Grey Spider Flower for extreme terror, and Angelsword for clarity and spiritual grounding. The mechanism is not biochemical in the conventional sense — it is rooted in the energetic medicine tradition and is best understood as a mind-body support tool.
Available as oral drops taken directly under the tongue or diluted in water, a topical cream for application to pulse points or skin, and a convenient oral spray. The stock bottle is typically diluted to create a dosage bottle for ongoing use; in acute situations the stock drops may be used directly.
Australian Bush Flower Essences were developed in the 1980s by Ian White, a fifth-generation Australian herbalist, who combined knowledge of Australian Aboriginal plant relationships with the flower essence philosophy originated by English physician Edward Bach in the 1930s. Aboriginal Australians have long recognized the healing power of native plants, and Emergency Essence draws on this deep cultural connection to the Australian landscape. The brand is now distributed globally and is one of the most recognized flower essence systems outside of the original Bach range.
