This app is so cool! I've always wanted there to be a hub for all NATURAL remedies and preventative options but l've always had to do loads of digging to find the info I wanted for different natural products. HealisticMD has all the info I need in one place. It gave me various natural supplemental options for a condition I looked up, including what each remedy does and how much is usually recommended to take. It also gave me exact products I could buy for the problem I had looked up. It makes my process SO MUCH easier when I need to find non-pharmaceutical solutions to my needs.

There is a wealth of information on the app! I recently had bloodwork done and found I was deficient in a handful of vitamins and minerals (Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Iron, etc.) HealisticMD made it simple for me to find out what foods to eat/ supplements I needed to improve these deficiencies. It gives you so many ideas on prevention, natural health tips, where to buy the vitamins, when to take them, why, etc. I love how easy the app is to use too. I am currently working on getting pregnant. I was pleasantly surprised to find compelling data along with supplement suggestions to aid in the process, some of which my fertility doctor wasn’t even aware of. Highly recommend downloading, after all health is one our greatest gifts!

Symphytum 30C is a homeopathic remedy prepared from the comfrey plant (Symphytum officinale), a herb historically nicknamed 'knitbone' for its long folk use in bone and wound healing. In homeopathy, it is diluted to 30C — a 1-in-10^60 dilution — meaning no detectable molecules of the original plant remain. It is prescribed according to the homeopathic principle that 'like cures like,' and is one of the most widely used homeopathic remedies for musculoskeletal injury.
From a conventional science standpoint, at 30C dilution there are no pharmacologically active compounds present, and any measurable effect is attributed by critics solely to the placebo response or natural healing. Homeopathic theory holds that the dilution process imprints a therapeutic 'energy signature' onto the water or lactose carrier, which then interacts with the body's vital force to stimulate healing. Some practitioners and patients report meaningful pain relief and faster recovery, though robust evidence separating this from placebo is limited.
Most commonly available as small lactose pellets dissolved under the tongue. Liquid dilutions in water/alcohol are also used. Tablets are available from some manufacturers. Pellets are the standard delivery form in classical homeopathic practice.
Comfrey has been used in European folk medicine for well over 2,000 years, particularly for fractures, sprains, and wounds — hence common names like 'knitbone' and 'boneset.' Samuel Hahnemann and later homeopaths codified Symphytum as a key homeopathic remedy in the 19th century, with its main indications centered on bone injuries, eye trauma, and pain from old fractures. It remains one of the most-prescribed homeopathic musculoskeletal remedies today.
What it is typically used for, usual dose, cautions, and the study behind it where real trial data exists.
