This app is so cool! I've always wanted there to be a hub for all NATURAL remedies and preventative options but l've always had to do loads of digging to find the info I wanted for different natural products. HealisticMD has all the info I need in one place. It gave me various natural supplemental options for a condition I looked up, including what each remedy does and how much is usually recommended to take. It also gave me exact products I could buy for the problem I had looked up. It makes my process SO MUCH easier when I need to find non-pharmaceutical solutions to my needs.

There is a wealth of information on the app! I recently had bloodwork done and found I was deficient in a handful of vitamins and minerals (Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Iron, etc.) HealisticMD made it simple for me to find out what foods to eat/ supplements I needed to improve these deficiencies. It gives you so many ideas on prevention, natural health tips, where to buy the vitamins, when to take them, why, etc. I love how easy the app is to use too. I am currently working on getting pregnant. I was pleasantly surprised to find compelling data along with supplement suggestions to aid in the process, some of which my fertility doctor wasn’t even aware of. Highly recommend downloading, after all health is one our greatest gifts!

Larch is Remedy No. 19 in the Bach Flower system, created by British physician Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s. It is prepared from the blossoms of the European larch tree (Larix decidua) using a sun-infusion or boiling method, then preserved in brandy. Bach designed it specifically for the emotional state of low self-confidence — the feeling of being certain you will fail before you have even started.
Bach Flower Remedies operate on a philosophy of energetic or vibrational medicine, proposing that the life-force imprint of flowers can gently rebalance emotional patterns. From a modern perspective, there is no identified pharmacologically active plant compound at therapeutic dilution; the proposed benefit is attributed either to a subtle energetic influence, the ritual of mindful self-care, or placebo response. Practitioners describe Larch as encouraging an honest, grounded sense of personal capability without forcing false positivity.
The standard stock bottle is taken as 2 drops under the tongue up to 4 times daily, or added to water and sipped. A personal treatment bottle is made by adding 2 drops of stock to a 30ml dropper bottle filled with still water (with a small amount of brandy or cider vinegar as preservative). Cream, spray, and lozenge forms are also commercially available for those avoiding alcohol.
Dr. Edward Bach, a trained physician and homeopath, developed his system of 38 flower remedies between 1928 and 1936, with the full set published in his 1936 booklet 'The Twelve Healers and Other Remedies.' He believed emotional imbalance was the root of physical illness. Larch was introduced in the second wave of remedies and remains one of the most widely used, consistently ranking among practitioners' top recommendations for confidence-related concerns.
What it is typically used for, usual dose, cautions, and the study behind it where real trial data exists.
