This app is so cool! I've always wanted there to be a hub for all NATURAL remedies and preventative options but l've always had to do loads of digging to find the info I wanted for different natural products. HealisticMD has all the info I need in one place. It gave me various natural supplemental options for a condition I looked up, including what each remedy does and how much is usually recommended to take. It also gave me exact products I could buy for the problem I had looked up. It makes my process SO MUCH easier when I need to find non-pharmaceutical solutions to my needs.

There is a wealth of information on the app! I recently had bloodwork done and found I was deficient in a handful of vitamins and minerals (Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Iron, etc.) HealisticMD made it simple for me to find out what foods to eat/ supplements I needed to improve these deficiencies. It gives you so many ideas on prevention, natural health tips, where to buy the vitamins, when to take them, why, etc. I love how easy the app is to use too. I am currently working on getting pregnant. I was pleasantly surprised to find compelling data along with supplement suggestions to aid in the process, some of which my fertility doctor wasn’t even aware of. Highly recommend downloading, after all health is one our greatest gifts!

Wild Rose is one of 38 Bach Flower Remedies, a system of flower essences created by British physician Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s. It is prepared by sun-infusing or boiling wild rose blooms in spring water, then preserving the resulting essence in brandy. Unlike herbal extracts, flower essences are not thought to contain measurable phytochemicals — instead, the system proposes that the energetic or vibrational pattern of the flower influences emotional states.
According to Bach Flower philosophy, Wild Rose addresses the emotional pattern of resignation — a quiet surrender to life's circumstances without complaint but also without joy. Practitioners believe the remedy works on a subtle energetic level to restore interest, enthusiasm, and inner motivation. From a psychological lens, it may function partly through ritual, intention-setting, and placebo — all of which are legitimate contributors to emotional wellbeing.
Wild Rose is most commonly taken as drops from a stock bottle — typically 2 drops added to water and sipped throughout the day, or 4 drops placed directly under the tongue. It is also available as part of custom treatment bottle blends prepared by Bach practitioners, oral sprays, and topical cream formulations. All liquid forms contain brandy as a preservative.
Dr. Edward Bach, a trained physician and bacteriologist, developed his 38-remedy system after becoming disillusioned with conventional medicine's focus on disease over the whole person. Wild Rose was described by Bach as the remedy for those who have given up the struggle and drifted into passive acceptance — people who make no effort to improve their situation and experience life as a grey monotony. His system became widely used globally and remains one of the most recognized flower essence frameworks, regulated as a complementary remedy in several European countries.
What it is typically used for, usual dose, cautions, and the study behind it where real trial data exists.
